Service Description

Dispatch104 is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered dispatch assistance for trucking carriers. The AI reads broker emails, calculates load profitability, and negotiates rates on your behalf.

Carrier Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining accurate company and vehicle information, honoring booked loads, monitoring the AI's decisions, and setting appropriate cost model parameters. The AI operates within rules you configure.

Payment Terms

Pricing is charged monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Cancellations are effective immediately.

AI Autonomy Disclaimer

The AI acts autonomously within parameters you set (floor rate, margin, cost model). You can disable the AI at any time. The AI is not a legal advisor, not a negotiator in your legal capacity, and not responsible for load terms. You retain full responsibility for all booked loads.

Community Intelligence

By using Dispatch104, you agree that anonymized data from your negotiations will feed the community intelligence network. Your carrier identity, rates, and personal information are never disclosed. You can opt out of community data sharing, though this will reduce the intelligence available to your own AI.

Limitation of Liability

Dispatch104 is provided "as is". We are not liable for negotiation outcomes, lost loads, missed opportunities, or disputes with brokers. The AI provides recommendations; you make final decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
