How do I connect my Gmail?
From your profile page, click "Connect Gmail" and authorize Dispatch104 to read your inbox. The AI reads every incoming broker email automatically.
How does the AI negotiate?
The AI calculates your floor rate (live EIA diesel + tolls + driver cost), checks community intelligence from thousands of brokers, and sends a counter-offer using 11 intelligence layers and 25 scenario rules.
What happens when a load is booked?
The negotiation is logged, the outcome is recorded, and anonymized data feeds the community intelligence layer. Every carrier benefits from your negotiation.
Can I set a minimum rate?
Yes. From settings, configure your floor rate, target margin, and cost model. The AI never negotiates below your floor.
How do I add a truck?
Go to Fleet → Add Truck. Enter truck number, VIN, equipment type, and ELD device if available.
How do I add a driver?
Go to Fleet → Add Driver. Enter driver name, phone, email, and license number. The AI matches drivers to trucks and load assignments.
How do I disconnect my email?
From Profile → Email Connections, click "Disconnect Gmail". The AI will stop reading new emails but keeps historical data for community learning.
When am I charged?
Monthly on your subscription date. Cancel anytime from Billing. No long-term contracts.
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind the product. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up, we will refund the first month.
How do I change my plan?
From Billing, click "Change Plan". Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
